Does the HALOM Mira Core have an app?+
No. The HALOM Mira Core uses fingerprint, RFID card, password and key unlock directly on the lock, without an app. If app control and remote access matter to you, the HALOM Mira Plus and higher tiers include them.

The HALOM Mira Core supports four unlock methods: fingerprint, RFID card, password and a physical key.
What door thickness does the HALOM Mira Core fit?+
The HALOM Mira Core fits doors from 35mm to 50mm thick, narrower than HALOM's other door lock tiers, so check your door before ordering.
What powers the HALOM Mira Core, and what if the batteries die?+
The HALOM Mira Core runs on 4 AA alkaline batteries and has a Type-C emergency power input. If every battery is dead and you don't have your key, connect a power bank with a Type-C cable and the lock will operate so you can get in. The port is for emergencies only and does not charge the batteries, so replace them once you're inside.
Can the HALOM Mira Core show who unlocked the door?+
No. The HALOM Mira Core has no app or audit trail. If access logging matters to you, consider the HALOM Mira Plus or a higher tier.
Does the HALOM Mira Core have a break-in alarm?+
Yes. The HALOM Mira Core has an auto secure alarm and a break-in alert, built to respond to tampering or forced entry attempts.
How many fingerprints, cards and codes can the HALOM Mira Core store?+
The HALOM Mira Core stores up to 200 fingerprint, PIN and RFID card entries combined.
Does the HALOM Mira Core work in extreme temperatures?+
Yes. The HALOM Mira Core is rated for operation from -25°C to 70°C.
